The BE-1 Valor Fitness Smith Machine is the smoothest operator in our strength assortment. Inside the main frame is a cantilever system that allows the Olympic bar to move smoothly with VERY LITTLE resistance. No more adding up all components to figure out your trueweight! What you put on the bar is the weight you will lift. Features of this Smith Machine are: Tempered spring steel coils on safety spots for absorbing heavyimpact, rotating Olympic bar with safety catch function and chrome weight plate storage pegs on each side of the frame for convenience. The BE-1 is best used for bench press, military press, incline press, squats, pull ups, and up-right rows. Rated for up to 900 lbs. of bar weight (10 – 45 lb. plates on each side).
